Multi-Sensor Probe (MSP)

Real Time Brix & Multiple Temperature Readings
Avoid out-of-control or stuck ferments by knowing what’s actually happening inside the tank. Most thermowells are not ideally placed to inform winemakers of actual temperatures where it is most important.

50°F stratifications are real (pictured left). VinWizard saved this fermentation by alerting winemakers to a 100°F reading 24” above the thermowell.

Winemakers can now manage pumpover schedules according to real-time information, optimizing nutrient additions and avoiding tough conversations with Custom Crush clients.

Single Tank Controller (STC)

Designed to be mounted to the front of a tank; the STC is a wired or wireless solution that can handle up to two inputs and four outputs with control options such as hot/cold glycol, pumpover & venturi.

It has wide-ranging capabilities and is also great for non-tank applications.

IOWIZ-4 & IOWIZ-16

Mounted inside a stainless steel control panel; a combination of IOWIZ-4’s & IOWIZ-16’s will allow for control of up to:

  • 48 fully auto tanks with heating & cooling

  • or 64 single action tanks with heating & cooling manual changeover / cool only / heat only

  • pneumatic or electric options available
