Single Tank Controller (STC)
A rugged, tank-mounted controller with wired or wireless connectivity that delivers local, intelligent control (heating/cooling, pumpover, valves, etc.) while keeping all data and commands fully integrated with the VinWizard platform for remote monitoring and control.
Multi-Sensor Probe (MSP)
A custom multi-sensor probe that provides a true vertical profile of the tank—multiple temperature points plus real-time Brix—revealing stratification that standard thermowells can miss and enabling proactive adjustments to pumpover timing, nutrient additions, and fermentation management.
