Get a custom 3D visualization of your winery’s tank layout. Instantly see which tanks are cooling, heating, in alarm, or view the wine’s current status. Hover over a tank for instant access to control and temperature information and click on the tank to go to its Control page.
Alarms
Stay ahead of issues with automated email or SMS alerts when tank temperatures go out of range — so you can respond before it becomes a problem.

Pumpover
Save time and streamline your cellar operations with intelligent pumpover automation.
Create Templates & Edit on the Fly
Create and manage multiple pumpover templates tailored to your winemaking processes. Assign templates to tanks as needed, and define specific events such as pumpover duration, sparge cycles, and updated temperature setpoints. Schedule multiple days and times, and easily adjust on the fly — add or remove days as fermentations progress faster or slower than expected.
Pumpover 3D Layout
Visualize pumpover status across the winery with the interactive 3D layout. Instantly see which tanks are running pumpovers, and switch to manual mode when needed — perfect for one-off or on-the-spot operations.
History
Access a full record of completed pumpovers directly from each tank’s history — providing traceability and clarity for your team.

Easily view all tanks with active pumpover profiles in one place, so you can monitor progress and workload at a glance.
Agitator

Agitator 3D Layout
Monitor agitator activity across the winery using the interactive 3D layout. Instantly see which tanks have agitators running, and switch modes as needed — all in one central view.
Manual Mode
Run the agitator for a specified duration, entered in hours and minutes, before it automatically stops.
Time On/Off Mode
Set the agitator to cycle automatically — running for a set number of hours, resting for a defined period, and repeating continuously until manually stopped.
Ferment Mode
Keep the agitator running continuously throughout the fermentation process until turned off by the user.
Tank Control Screen
All agitator settings can also be accessed and adjusted directly from each tank’s temperature control screen, providing complete control in one place.

VinWizard goes beyond tank control. With our custom mimic screens, we can replicate and integrate your plant’s mechanical, environmental, and utility systems — giving you a centralized, winery-wide interface tailored to your site.
Already have an existing SCADA system? No problem. We can recreate your control screens within VinWizard, bringing key infrastructure like boiler/chiller plants, wastewater systems, compressors, air fans, and more into a single platform — no need to be tied to a local HMI.

CellarView
From whiteboard to real-time winery view.
CellarView is a browser-based digital tank board designed to replace the traditional whiteboard still used in many winery offices. Displaying live data from VinWizard and your production software, it offers a full snapshot of your tank farm — updated in real time, accessible from anywhere.
No more handwritten notes or out-of-date planning boards. CellarView lets your team instantly view key tank details across the entire winery, whether at a desk, on a mobile device, or displayed on a large screen in the cellar.

Advanced Temperature Control
Smart tools that make the job easier.
Increment to Setpoint
Ease temperature changes over time. Set a target temperature and gradually ramp up or down over a specified period — perfect for managing delicate transitions during fermentation.
Events
Allows the winemaker to set an action based on an event. For example, when a ferment reaches a predetermined temperature VinWizard will automatically activate a follow-up action such as setting the setpoint to a lesser value, and incrementing to it over so many hours. This allows the winemaker to get a ferment going and then slow it down. Many event combinations are possible, giving you better control without needing to be on-site.
Presets
Reduce errors and simplify workflows. Assign custom temperature settings to named processes (e.g. Red Ferment, Cold Soak). Instead of entering values manually, cellar staff simply select the preset — fast, accurate, and consistent.
De-Ice
Minimize ice build-up on tank jackets with automated off-cycles. Once enabled, De-Ice Mode runs independently and requires no further user input.
Winter Mode
Prevent stuck valves during the off-season. Winter Mode briefly cycles hot and cold valves on idle tanks each day to keep components in working order — a small action that prevents big headaches.

VinWizard supports remote access (IT-permitting), so you can monitor and control your winery from virtually anywhere. Access is available via port forwarding or VPN — on PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone.
